At the heart of our dining concept is the Churrasco, a centuries-old Brazilian grilling tradition that takes center stage at Plataforma and will start when you flip your coaster-sized “chip” from the red side to the green side, signaling the meat runners you are ready to be served.. Our skilled and experienced gauchos (meat runners) expertly carve succulent cuts of meat tableside, offering a wide array of premium beef, lamb, pork, and poultry. The meats are slow-roasted to perfection over a grill, ensuring a smoky, flavorful result that captures the essence of Brazilian churrasco. All served with a selection of shareable side dishes (rice, black beans, French fries, fried yucca, vegetables etc.) served family-style.

Complementing the churrasco experience is our expansive and vibrant salad bar. Featuring a diverse selection of fresh salads, vegetables, artisanal cheeses, seafood and hot dishes dishes, the salad bar is a feast for the senses. It provides a perfect balance to the rich and savory flavors of the grilled meats.
